Oil drum heater is heating on the surface of drum to make the
concentration and viscosity of theliquid and coagulum inside decreased uniformly. In this way It will
be easy to take out the liquid and coagulum in any season.
Features: There is a temperature controller on the surface of heating band.
The temperature is between 30-150C normally. It is always used for
heating and warming a standard 200L oil drum.It can be used for heating other drums and valves too.
Operating principle:
1, Inside is Ni-Cr Alloy heating wires. Outside is silicon rubber
insulation material. Fast heating and long working life.
2, Ni-Cr Alloy heating wire is winding around thealkali-freefiber-glass.Main insulation material is silicon rubber which is of high
heat-resistance and insulation.
3, Oil drum heater is soft and flexible. It is winding around the
drum directly.
